Questions, answered without hedging.
If something you need to know is not here, ask on the call — or email us and we will add it.
What actually happens on the call?
Forty-five minutes on a screenshare. You describe how one job moves through your business, start to finish. As you talk, the proposal builds on screen — feature by feature, each with a price. At the end you can pull rows out, split it into phases, or ask what it costs without a piece. Then you have a number.
Is it really free?
Yes, and you keep the proposal whether or not you work with us. We are not doing this out of generosity. We do it because getting a real price in front of you in 45 minutes is the single most convincing thing we can do, and because it disqualifies bad-fit projects before anyone spends money.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Be at a computer, not in a truck. Have 45 uninterrupted minutes. If you have screenshots of the spreadsheet you use today, bring them — they are worth more than a written spec.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send it before the call or ask on the call and we will sign same-day.
What do I get in 48 hours?
Working software with a login, hosted and reachable from a browser, doing the core loop of your business with your real data. Not a design file, not a clickable prototype, not a slide deck.
What if it's wrong?
Then either we adjust it, or you take the refund. Both are normal outcomes and neither requires a negotiation. The point of doing this in 48 hours for a refundable deposit is that being wrong is cheap.
Who hosts it?
We do, during the MVP phase. You get credentials. This is what makes the refund clean — if you take the money back, the access ends with it.
Can I show it to my team?
Yes. Issue logins to anyone you want. Putting it in front of the people who will use it every day is the fastest way to find out whether it is right.
What is the deposit?
$2,900, refundable in full for any reason within 7 days of MVP delivery.
Why won't you publish the full build price?
Because publishing a range is the thing we are replacing. Every other shop in this category will tell you '$15,000 to $50,000 depending on scope,' which is a way of saying nothing. Your proposal has one number and it is specific to what you described.
How is the full build paid?
Fifty percent at build start, fifty percent on delivery. The deposit credits against the first payment.
When do I own it?
Code and hosting transfer to you at final payment on the full build. It is in the agreement.
Is there a retainer?
There is an optional one for ongoing changes and support after launch. It is not required and it is not bundled into the build price to make the build look bigger.
Do humans touch this?
Yes. AI writes 80–90% of a first version. A partner software development firm handles the rest — security model, architecture, permissions, the parts that decide whether the thing survives fifty concurrent users. Anyone telling you AI does all of it has not shipped software to a real business.
Is it offshore?
We use a partner development firm and vetted specialists. Who is on your build is a question we will answer directly on the call rather than in marketing copy.
What if I already started building it with AI?
Bring it. We can usually tell you on the call whether the remaining 20% is a two-week problem or a start-over, and that answer is free either way.
You can have a real number by this time tomorrow.
Forty-five minutes on a screenshare. You describe how your business works, we build the itemized proposal live while you watch, and you keep it either way.
No cost. No commitment. The proposal is yours to keep.
