Who it's for

Your industry is the second question. The first one is the shape of the software.

We can build a fire inspection app, a guard tour app and a permit tracker in the same week, because underneath they are nearly the same application. That is not a marketing claim — it is the reason the pricing works.

The 30-second version

Does your business currently run on a spreadsheet, a group text, and a PDF that gets emailed? Then we can build it. Are you asking us to talk to a thirty-year-old system of record that somebody else controls? Then we can't — not at this price, not on this timeline, and we would rather tell you that now.

Good fit

You are who we built this for if…

  • You own the businessYou can decide on a five-figure expenditure without a board, a partner vote, or a committee. If someone else has to sign, bring them to the call.
  • The work is already happeningYou are not validating an idea. The process exists, people do it every day, and it is held together by a spreadsheet and somebody's memory.
  • The pain has a number on itHours per week, jobs lost, invoices delayed, a compliance deadline missed. If you cannot put a number on what it costs you today, the software probably is not the priority.
  • It runs on records, not integrationsEntities, forms, roles, a status view, a document out the other end. If the value depends on a live connection to somebody else's legacy system, we will tell you on the call.
Bad fit

Don't book the call if…

  • You want us to take equity instead of paymentWe build software for money. If the plan depends on us being co-founders, we are not the right shop.
  • You are collecting competing bidsThat is a completely reasonable thing to do. It is just not what this call is — we produce a real price in 45 minutes precisely so you do not need a bid process.
  • You need the code on your own servers from day oneDuring the MVP phase we host it. That is what makes the refund clean. If day-one self-hosting is non-negotiable, this structure will not work for you.
  • The idea only works with a legacy integrationEDI, HL7, telematics, agency or dealer management systems, licensed data platforms. We say no to these on purpose.
One thing we will not disqualify you for

Not being sure the idea is right.

Other shops in this category screen out anyone who is “still exploring,” “hasn't fully committed,” or “needs more time to validate.” We think that is backwards, and it is a symptom of charging twenty thousand dollars over four months — at that price you have to filter for certainty, because being wrong is catastrophic for both parties.

Our entire structure exists so you do not have to be certain. The refundable MVP is the validation step. If you are not sure whether the idea is right, that is a reason to spend forty-eight hours and a refundable deposit finding out — not a reason to spend another year thinking about it.

Not sure if you're a fit? That's what the call is for.

If you are not, we will tell you in the first fifteen minutes, and it will have cost you nothing.

Tell us what you'd build

No cost. No commitment. The proposal is yours to keep.
